Statement
Mount Airy Christian
Academy exists for the purpose of maturing its students academically,
physically, spiritually, and socially.

Goals
Mount Airy Christian
Academy operates its ministry with the following goals:
1.
To assist parents in raising their children to be well-rounded, complete
individuals.
2. To guide students through the learning process for
mastery of concepts and skills appropriate to grade level.
3. To help each student to develop appropriate, God-centered
social and interpersonal skills.
4. To encourage students to develop personal health and
fitness habits.
5. To see each student trust Jesus Christ as his/her
personal Savior and mature in his/her walk with Him.
6. To assist students in the development of Christ-like
character and a biblical worldview.
Scope &
Sequence
Mount Airy Christian
Academy is committed to continually upgrade its curricula materials and
program offerings. Our approach is systematic, organized, and multi-disciplinary.
Our kindergarten,
elementary, middle, and high school programs use a variety of Christ-centered
curricula materials. We supplement and modify these materials to meet
the specific needs of our students, to develop critical thinking skills,
and to prepare them for the future. We believe that “hands-on”
activities are important to complete the understanding of concepts.
We have a variety
of enrichment programs to enhance our academic courses Our students regularly
participate in computer, Spanish, library, music, art, and physical education
classes. Field trips and special events are integrated with regular course
work.

How do I obtain
more information?
Registration Handbooks
and paperwork are mailed out the end January. To receive this packet,
please call the office at 410-489-4321 or email office@mabcmd.org.
We are available at any time to answer your questions.
When is your
Open House?
Our K-12th grade Open
House is held the first Monday in March from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Tours
are given to guests, and the administration is available to answer your
questions at the curricula display and reception area.
When can I
register?
Registration for K-12
begins February 1st for current school families and opens up in March
for new families. Applications and registration fees are accepted at the
Open House. Registrations for application are available on the website
under Parent Downloads.

What an incredible
blessing you have received straight from God – your children! Parenting
is a job that requires so much from you, even on a daily basis, but it
also comes with an awesome benefits package! At Mount Airy Christian Academy,
we desire to assist you as you raise your children. We offer you an education
that prepares your child for life while we uphold the values of your home.
Luke 2:52 tells us that “…Jesus grew in wisdom and stature,
and in favor with God and men.” We purpose to see our students grow
likewise. We trust you will see this desire throughout our website. If
